    2. Any item labeled P.E. must pay all costs.
  3. No C.O.D.'s or collect calls.
  4. All items are guaranteed originals. I do not carry reproductions.
  5. All items are in excellent condition unless otherwise marked.
  6. Please allow delivery time. DO NOT SEND CASH
  7. Please no foreign currency.
  8. All items are subject to prior sale.
  9. Please print number, description, and price of each item on order.
  10. Send check or money order to :
    Kenneth C. Schultz
    Box M 753
    Hoboken, NJ 07030.
  11. Payment must accompany a written order. If I cannot fill the complete order a refund check for the unfilled part always accompanies the items I can supply. If an order cannot be filled at all your payment is, of course, returned.
  12. If any item is ordered over the phone or online, payment is due within 10 days. Unless we have a previous understanding, merchandise will not be shipped until payment has arrived.
  13. I would suggest you both write in an order and call for the best chance on opening day. Regardless, I would like a written order one way or the other as it helps me to check the merchandise when I pack it.
  14. When ordering please list alternatives you wish. They are never sent unless the items that were your first choice have been sold already. A written order also means if later an item is restocked, I know who wanted it and that's to your advantage.
  15. I say the best time to call me is between 10am and 1pm because I am alwasy here then. However you can call anytime you want (within reason). If I'm not here no one answers the phone, so you will not be wasting a call. PLEASE DO NOT CALL BEFORE 10AM EST.
  16. When you receive an order please open it carefully and be sure you check the box carefully to be sure you left nothing in it. Please allow time for shipping/ I wrap everything myself, and when one person is dealing with hundreds of orders all at once it takes time, believe me!
  17. Anyone ordering merchandise and then not claiming or paying for it will be automatically and permanently removed from my mailing list.
Pertinent Information
  1. Postcards: photo cards are always listed as such; anything else is an artistic rendering of the ship.
  2. When I use the word "trick" to describe pages of covers, etc. in interior booklets or menus it means the pages open up in an unusual way such as pull out to 3 page size, pop up, etc. It is hard to describe, or should I say "tricky" too.
  3. When I say oversized regarding postcarsds I mean the cards are larger than standard size which would be 3 x 5 inches.
  4. I try to do the very best I can in the identification of items and think I do a very good job. However, I am not perfect and I'm the first to admit it, and there have been some mistakes. But to keep the record straight, if for any reason anything in my catalogue is misrepresented you may return it at any time for a refund. You many not, however, return anything simply because you have it already. 100% of the catalogue is illustrated and you are given ample time to check your own collections to see if indeed you do have it already. If in doubt it is best not to order an item.
  5. My catalogues are sold at $25.00 each on a FIRST TIME BASIS ONLY. This amount is less than a third of what it costs to print and send each catalogue so I must out of necessity only send them to those who order on a regular basis. Orders totalling under $100.00 must pay for the complete %90.00 cost of the next catalogue in order to receive it. This amount must be sent no later than one week after receipt of the catalogue announcement. If there is a good reason why you can't order from a particular catalogue and you order on a regular basis please call me.
  6. If you wish to have your catalogue sent to you by Express Mail please send a check for $12.00 immediately after you receive the advance announcement. Canadian customers add $15.00.
  7. If for any reason a shipment arrives damaged notify me at once but do not send back the item or throw out the box. The damaged item must be shown to the Post Office at the receiving end. (It rarely happens but should be stated here regardless.)
  8. Any item returned to me must be sent by U.S. Post Office, not by U.P.S., and must be insured for the full amount of the item or I will not be responsible for loss or damage.
  9. When looking for a particular ship in the catalogue, please check both the ship's name and the company it belonged to. It could be in either or both places.
  10. I buy single items or whole collections. Let me know what you have and please price.
  11. You can rest assured on the confidentiality of my mailing list. My customer's names, addresses and phone numbers are never, under any circumstances, passed on to anyone else.
  12. Various copies of my previous catalogs are available while they remain at $25.00 each.
  13. I am not responsible for paid merchandise left with me at the buyer's request after 60 days.
  14. It is not unusual for certain types of paper items, particularly newspapers, to photograph much darker than they really are. Unless I tell you otherwise every article is in excellent condition.
  15. Items listed as teh Davis Collection are from the collection of the late Barrie Roger Davis. The collection was considered one of the largest and finest of its kind and I have been privileged to sell it for the last 4 years or so.
